Scaffolding Engineer/Designer

Job Title: Scaffolding Engineer/Designer Location: Netherlands Salary: To be discussed in the Interview Vacancy Type: Full-Time Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: Bachelors degree or relevant certification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in scaffolding design and engineering within the construction industry. In-depth knowledge of scaffolding regulations, safety standards, and best practices. Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken). Beneficial requirements: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capability to work in fast-paced environments. Duties and responsibilities: Design and engineer scaffolding structures based on project specifications and safety standards. Perform calculations to determine load-bearing capacities and stability of scaffolding systems. Select appropriate materials and equipment for scaffolding construction. Conduct site visits to ensure scaffolding installation meets design and safety requirements. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and site personnel to coordinate scaffolding needs and ensure proper implementation.
