Minimum requirements: Matric plus Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Wildlife Conservation, Tourism or a related field Proven experience in safari lodge management or similar roles First Aid and CPR certification would be advantageous Valid drivers license Key Responsibilities: Manage a group of personnel of about 60 Ensure legal compliance of safari team Administrative responsibilities considering leave and payroll Budget and financial planning Drive training with the assistance of specialized service providers Maintain and implement (as needed) service standards and safari SOP's Consultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
