Private Capital Advisory - Analyst (Primaries)

Pearse Partners are working with a top-tier placement agent who are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented analyst to become a valued member of their Advisory team. This role offers a unique chance to learn the ropes of Private Equity and build a solid foundation for a successful career in the sector.

As an Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting senior team members, gaining hands-on experience in fundraising deal management and contributing to the success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior team members in all aspects of fundraising deal management.
• Conduct analytics on client deal portfolios, track records, teams, and market opportunities.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, including pitchbooks, PPMs, DDQs, and case studies.
• Coordinate and prioritise client fundraising roadshow planning.
• Respond to investor due diligence questions.
• Address fundraising challenges and contribute to problem-solving.
• Prepare and maintain fundraising tracking reports.
• Coordinate the delivery of investor briefing notes for clients.

Client Interface:

• Attend regular client meetings/conference calls.
• Engage in significant senior client interaction throughout the fundraise process.
• Develop strong relationships with client peers and enhance credibility with clients above peer level.

Skills Required:

• High attention to detail across all materials.
• Exceptional organisational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Strong English writing skills, capable of producing precise and thoughtful written content.
• Proficient numerical and Excel skills.
• Experience in working with PowerPoint is essential.
