Job Description

The ideal candidate will manage their own key accounts and assist in the development and strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Develop positive relationship with customers
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
  • Build positive internal relationships


Qualifications

  • Experience as a Sales Account Manager
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
