About the Company
Our client was formed in 2005 and overtime have built up a reputation of one of the go-to names for your tricky cut & carve/heavy refurb projects in the City. Whilst they have a great reputation in this area, they also deliver some brilliant "Fit Out" works for some Blue Chip Clientele.
About the Role
Our client is looking for someone who is interested in joining an established and reputable team in the capacity of a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Your primary objectives of the role will be to work with closely with the Commercial Lead on a £90m CAT B fit out in in the West End. You will manage the team of 5 QS's to maximise profitability and minimise the cost and risk of a construction project and enhance value for money while still achieving legal standards and quality.
You could be titled Managing QS or at a point in your career where you want the step up or promotion....
In return, you would see £90,000 - £110,000 + Travel Allowance & Package.
