William Rose Associates is currently partnering with an established Wealth Management Firm based in London, which is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join the business.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Senior Operations Analyst

1. Over 5 years of experience in Wealth or Investment Management.
2. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with MiFID II transaction reporting.
3. Proficient in SQL and Python, with strong technical capabilities.

OVERVIEW | Senior Operations Analyst

This role offers a unique blend of compliance and operational responsibilities, providing the chance to support regulatory adherence while driving operational efficiency. Key tasks include managing compliance registers, assisting with AML processes, and preparing regulatory reports for the FCA and SEC.

On the operational side, you’ll oversee investment management systems, ensuring accurate data across custodian, client, transaction, and pricing feeds. You'll work closely with custodians and platform providers to streamline processes, resolve exceptions, and ensure timely trade settlements.

You’ll also take ownership of MiFID II transaction reporting, generate client and MI reports, and manage corporate actions. Beyond day-to-day tasks, you’ll document processes, onboard new custodians, and support team members through cross-training, making a tangible impact on the team’s success.
