We're Hiring: Support Coordinator (37.5 Hours per Week)

Looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? Join us as a Support Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in enabling individuals with physical disabilities and complex health needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to 10 incredible individuals across 2 services.
• Coordinate and supervise a dedicated team to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
• Work closely with families, professionals, and stakeholders to create positive outcomes.
• Empower service users to engage in their communities, pursue personal goals, and maintain their health and wellbeing.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the service, including deputising for the Registered Manager when required.

Flexible Work Schedule:

Work 37.5 hours per week on a rota, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and sleep-in shifts.
