Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager, you will focus on business development, bringing new high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors onto our platform. You’ll present our curated investment offerings, facilitate seamless onboarding, and maintain lasting relationships. Your work will directly support our mission of transforming private market investing by broadening access to these unique opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard investors across EMEA, clearly communicating our platform’s value and the breadth of opportunities.
- Present curated private market deal flow, guide clients through our platform’s tools and resources, and ensure a smooth, transparent onboarding process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing prompt, comprehensive support to existing clients and ensuring they fully utilise our platform’s features.
- Maintain ongoing communication, anticipate client needs, and foster long-term partnerships built on trust and transparency.
- Relay client insights to internal teams to help refine platform features, enhance user experiences, and shape future offerings.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, relationship management, or client-facing roles within wealth management, private banking, or alternative investments
- Proven success in acquiring and retaining high-value clients (HNWIs, family offices, or institutions)
- Fluent in English; additional European or Middle Eastern languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with private equity, venture capital, or other alternative investments
- Experience with digital investment platforms and CRM systems
- A professional network within EMEA’s wealth management sphere
