As a Moderation and Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our platform's integrity. Your responsibilities will include monitoring content, enforcing our Terms and Conditions, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. You will work closely with various departments to foster a safe and trustworthy environment for all users.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in content moderation, compliance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in digital content.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools.
What’ll you be working on:
- Content Monitoring: Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to platform policies.
- Policy Enforcement: Identify and address violations and other breaches of our Terms and Conditions.
- Creator Support: Assist creators in understanding and complying with platform guidelines, providing guidance to achieve compliance.
- Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of moderation activities, and trends.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on moderation metrics and present findings to management.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to develop and refine moderation policies and procedures.
