Production Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be partnered with a global manufacturer of aerospace components to recruit both Production Managers and Operations Managers, based at their site in Nottingham.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000

Production Manager: Monday - Friday, rotating shifts (days/afters/nights)

Operations Manager: Monday - Friday, days (with flexibility to cover shifts if required)

We are looking for experienced Manufacturing Leaders with a background in complex manufacturing who can bring the below skills:

• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage production teams and large-scale manufacturing operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in leading large-scale projects and a strong focus on potential growth and development
