We are hiring for Training Coordinator/Learning and Development Administrator
Location: Cumbria
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong administrative skills, including experience in record management and document filing.
- Extract, record, and present data from Personal Development Plans (PDPs), identifying capability and L&D needs.
- Assist with procurement administration as it relates to training and development..
- Provide assistance and support with general training and development queries.
