Location: Lichfield
Salary: £417-£425 per week

Role Overview
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide Tailored Support: Work one-on-one and in small nurture groups to help students thrive academically and socially.
Encourage Engagement: Support students in engaging and participating actively during lessons.
Foster a Positive Environment: Create a safe and welcoming atmosphere that promotes growth and learning for all students.
Long-Term Opportunity: This role offers a long-term position, starting in January 2025.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Relevant Experience: Prior experience working with students with autism and moderate learning difficulties (MLD).
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
Behaviour Management Expertise: Skills to create and maintain a calm and productive learning environment.
Commitment: A dedication to supporting young people and going the extra mile for their development.
Compliance: Ability to provide references and pass a DBS check.
*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
