Location: Office-based, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 8RB
Job Type: Full-time, Tempororay
Department: Customer Outreach Team
£13.00 per hour
Role Overview:
They are looking for a driven Outreach Retention Advisor to join their team. The role focuses on retaining existing customers and converting account applicants into active users. You will make outbound calls to address customer concerns, highlight product benefits, and identify upselling opportunities to boost customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to retain customers and convert applicants into active account holders.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.
Identify upselling opportunities to enhance satisfaction and increase revenue.
Achieve and exceed retention targets and KPIs, contributing to company growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
Ambitious, results-driven, and passionate about achieving personal and team goals.
Adaptable to changing customer needs and able to adjust sales strategies.
Collaborative and team-oriented.
