Chartered Building Surveyor
£45,000 – £55,000 + £4,000 Car Allowance + Hybrid

Your Role
* Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys, defect diagnostics, dilapidations & Party Wall Act instructions
* Deliver exceptional projects as a Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent for private and public sector clients
What You’ll Need
* Chartered (MRICS) or extensive experience in lieu of chartership
* Strong background in professional surveying across sectors
* Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
