Long Term Futures is seeking a committed and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join the support team at a vibrant high school in Wembley. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing the learning experience for secondary school students.

Providing 1:1 and group support to students with varying needs across multiple subjects.
Working collaboratively with teachers to deliver tailored interventions.
Supporting students with SEND and helping them engage fully in the curriculum.

Helping to create a structured and inclusive learning environment.About You:
Previous experience working as an LSA or within a secondary school setting is highly desirable.
A good understanding of supporting SEND students is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
