Location: London and surrounding areas
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for an experienced PAT Engineer to join our client's team, working across London and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional with strong electrical knowledge to carry out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) in a variety of commercial and industrial environments.
PAT Engineer - Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) on a wide range of electrical equipment across multiple sites.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and relevant electrical standards.
* Completing accurate testing and inspection reports and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
* Diagnosing and reporting any faults found during testing, offering solutions and recommendations.
* Liaising with clients to provide excellent customer service and clear communication about the testing process.
* Maintaining a high standard of work and representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
PAT Engineer - Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous experience as a PAT Engineer or in a similar role (essential).
* City & Guilds 2377 or equivalent PAT testing qualification (essential).
* Full UK driving license (essential) – company vehicle provided.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and PAT testing procedures.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to diagnose faults effectively.
