Junior IT Technician
My client are a global leader in advanced telecommunications solutions for mission-critical networks, is seeking an enthusiastic Junior IT Technician to join their growing IT team. Based in Gloucester, this is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in IT within a dynamic and supportive environment.
What They Offer
Salary: £24,000–£30,000 (depending on experience).
Benefits: 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, birthday leave, and a pension scheme after three months.
Hours: 37 per week (Mon–Thurs 8:30 am–5:00 pm, Fri 8:30 am–4:30 pm).

What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues, providing efficient troubleshooting and resolutions.
Facilitate seamless IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Support staff with hardware, software, and office equipment needs.
Maintain IT documentation, including ticket management, user guides, and troubleshooting resources.
Collaborate on projects and tasks as directed by the IT Manager.
What They’re Looking For
A proactive and ambitious individual passionate about technology and learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Solid IT skills and experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Problem-solving mindset, capable of managing time efficiently and staying calm under pressure.
Knowledge of ENTRA/InTune and familiarity with Active Directory is a bonus.
