Essential Skills and Qualities

Experience in a nursery or early years setting (essential).

Patience, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting children's development.
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Qualifications Required:
