The Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of shaping and supporting all aspects of HR within the Komplex Group. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will:
Recruitment & Compliance: Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring robust compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Employee Relations: Lead on investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances with professionalism, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
Policy & Culture: Review and update HR policies to reflect best practices, legal compliance, and Komplex Group’s culture of care and excellence.
People & Wellbeing: Champion initiatives that foster wellbeing, inclusivity, and a culture where everyone can thrive.
Leadership Partnering: Collaborate with managers and leaders to develop their people capabilities and ensure alignment with business goals.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve employee engagement, and drive operational efficiency.

We’re looking for an HR superstar who is:
Experienced across the HR spectrum, from recruitment and compliance to policy development, strategy, culture and employee relations.
Confident in leading complex investigations and disciplinaries with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach.
Passionate about creating a thriving people culture and delivering wellbeing initiatives.
Ambitious, adaptable, and ready to take on the challenges of a rapidly growing organisation.
Ideally, experienced in the care sector (a strong advantage but not essential).
Ability to produce high level reporting and statistics to senior leadership.
CIPD level 5 or above.
