Are you a practical, hands-on individual looking for a role in a fast-paced production environment? Do you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work methodically while contributing as part of a team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our client in the role of Production Operative based near Harleston, Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing goods in accordance with batch sheets and production requirements.
Safely loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
Performing tasks assigned by the Production Manager.
Completing all relevant paperwork accurately.
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping in the workplace.
Adhering to health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Operating equipment such as forklifts, mixers, and boilers safely and efficiently.
Accurately weighing raw materials and finished goods.
Organising and storing raw materials and finished products appropriately. To be successful in this role, you will need:

A valid Counter Balance forklift
The ability to follow instructions and maintain focused during repetitive tasks.
A practical, hands-on approach to work.
The ability to work quickly and methodically under pressure.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Benefits:
