Job Description
Are you a Project Manager ready to take on diverse and rewarding projects? Our client is seeking talented professionals to deliver exceptional results across both private and public sector projects.
With values ranging from £6m to £430m, you’ll work with high-profile clients in commercial, infrastructure, and public sectors, offering a variety of challenges to keep every day engaging.

What You’ll Do:
Manage projects through their entire lifecycle, from conception to delivery.
Advise clients on project costs, risks and issues.
Lead communications and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Prepare detailed monthly reports, including programmes and risk registers.
Work with JCT and NEC contract forms and implement best practice project management techniques.
Direct multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in pre- and post-contract project management.
Skilled in employer’s agent and contract administrator roles during construction.
Confident leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
RICS qualification (or working towards it) or similar Project Management qualification. What Sets You Apart:
Experience with Microsoft Projects or similar tools.
Ability to build strong client relationships and spot opportunities for future projects.
A full UK driving license. What's on Offer:
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE)
