Teach English to small groups of students.
Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that meet the needs of each student.
Provide pastoral support, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and encouragement.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience.What you'll need to succeed
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with students with challenging behaviour.
Strong pastoral skills and a commitment to student well-being.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
