As a Senior Mortgage Adviser, you will:

• Advise on mortgage applications
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Pursue new customer opportunities
• Originate deals and manage client relationships
• Structure commercial transactions exceeding £500,000
• Grow new introducers and professional parties
• Manage and coach junior team members
• Assist senior leadership in strategic growth of the mortgage team
• Ensure strong compliance with every client and transaction

The ideal Senior Mortgage Adviser will have:

• CeMAP Level 3 qualification
• At least three years of experience in financial institutions
• Experience advising on mortgages over £1m
• Strong understanding of FCA and MCOB regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyse loan applications and supporting documents
• Great emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
• Strong numerical skills for loan calculations and repayments
