Job description:

Addleshaw Goddard is seeking a Managing Associate for its Infrastructure, Projects & Energy (IPE) team within the Finance & Projects Department, located in Manchester. This full-time role requires a lawyer with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to provide expert advice to both public and private sector clients on a range of matters including energy and utilities, social infrastructure, and transport projects.

Required profile:

Candidates should have a robust background in at least one of the sectors of Infrastructure, Energy, or Transport, possess excellent drafting skills, and demonstrate an ability to support complex transactions. A proactive approach to business development, client-facing confidence, and a commitment to fostering junior talent are also essential.
