Primary School Teaching Assistants
ABC Teachers work with a number of different primary schools in the Dudley area. If this is your prime location, look no further!
ABC- Teachers are currently looking for Primary school Teaching Assistants.
In January there is always a need for Teaching Assistants to support students of all primary ages on a day to day and long-term basis.
Due to the workload, you can be flexible with your working schedule as we have seen a surge in the requirement for part-time and full time Teacher Assistants across all year groups, starting at Early Years and Reception all the way up to YR6.
To be successful in the role you will need the following.
- Good communication skills
- Kind nature
- Ability to adapt methods to suit different students needs
- You will also need a valid DBS or be open to obtaining one.
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you will:
Have a relevant experience working with children
Be able to secure recent, relevant, referenceable experience from the past two years.
Have or be able to acquire a DBS on the update service.
Be able to establish good relationships with both students and staff, and be able to understand different learning styles of students and adapt to this accordingly.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a polite and positive manner.
Pay
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are experience working with children and references working with children.
