Woking
£26,000-£28,000k FTE depending on experience

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant on a Part Time basis working to support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities include:
Process supplier invoices using internal software and reconcile against purchase orders
Resolve supplier queries and manage payment-related issues
Reconcile supplier statements, request and chase invoices, and process credit notes as required
Distribute customer statements via email and post
Follow up on outstanding customer payments to ensure adherence to payment terms
General Accounts Administration
Process and reconcile credit card receipts.
Answer calls in a professional manner, manage accounts-related correspondence, and maintain accurate filing systems.
Experience Ideally Required for This Role:
Prior experience in accounts payable and receivable processes
Familiarity with ERP software including Xero is beneficial
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
