Commercial Gas Engineer

Career-Bridge Recruitment are working with a facilities management company who are based in Devon who are looking for a Commerical Gas Engineer join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

You will be carrying out PPM & Reactive maintenance in commercial and industrial buildings around the Exeter, Newton Abbot and Torquay area.

You will be working on a range of contracts, council's, local authority, schools, care homes.

Duties

* Carrying out PPM & responsive maintenance tasks within industrial and commercial buildings

* Responding to reactive call outs and fault finding on boilers and heating systems

* Installation of new plant and equipment

You will need

* Domestic and Commercial gas qualifications (Commercial: CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A –) (Domestic CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)

* Driving licence

* Previous experience in a dynamic and reactive maintenance role

* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating

* Driving licence

* Experience within a similar role

* £46,000 – £48,000 per annum starting salary

* 30 days holiday, plus an extra day for every 5 years of service
