If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Contract Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Contract Manager in overseeing flooring projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
Ensure compliance with all construction and health and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Manage project documentation and contracts.
Address any issues or delays promptly and effectively.Requirements:
Strong understanding of construction processes and health and safety regulations.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in project management software is a plus.What We Offer:
