• HLTA qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience working with primary-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leading small-group interventions and whole-class lessons in the absence of the teacher.
• Supporting pupils with varying needs, including SEN and EAL students.
• Collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver exciting and inclusive lessons.
• Assisting with the development of tailored educational resources.
• Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a supportive classroom environment.
