Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Paraplanner** to support our Wealth Planners by conducting high-quality research across a wide range of financial planning products and services, including pensions, life insurance, tax planning, and investment management. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering holistic advice that leads to positive client outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct thorough and accurate research on financial planning products and services.
  • Perform complex calculations and cash-flow modelling to support client recommendations.
  • Prepare client-centric suitability reports and documentation in compliance with company processes.
  • Draft and coordinate technical documents for client presentations.
  • Proactively identify potential areas for future advice and collaborate with Wealth Planners.
  • Serve as a reference point for team queries, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Assist in training new team members and foster a collaborative team environment.


What We’re Looking For


Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in providing first-class paraplanning services.
  • Proficiency in all financial planning practices, including investments, pensions, and protection.
  • RQF Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
  • Studying towards an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning


Skills

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products.
  • Exceptional numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with XPlan and cash-flow planning software is a plus.
