* Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data engineering.
Required Experience:
* Hands-on experience building and deploying data solutions in Azure cloud environments.
* Strong understanding of data architecture concepts, including Data Warehousing and modern Lakehouse frameworks.
* Experience working with data integration tools like Azure Data Factory and familiarity with legacy solutions such as SSIS.
* A deep understanding of CI/CD processes and their application in data engineering.
* Proficient in using automation tools such as Azure Logic Apps to streamline workflows.
* Expertise in creating insightful visualizations with tools like Power BI or Microsoft Fabric.
* Practical knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies, including Python and Azure Machine Learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203) or equivalent certifications.
