Role Overview:As the Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and working closely with the board to shape and execute growth strategies. - Sales Experience: Proven track record in business development within the recruitment sector, with the ability to drive sales and exceed targets.
- Network: Strong existing network within relevant markets and the ability to establish new relationships with ease.
