Role Requirements:

• Experience: proven experience in residential conveyancing matters including leasehold, freehold, sales, purchases, new build properties, remortgages, and lease extension work
• Skills: great communication and networking skills, team player, ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and local estate agents
