OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

Currently experiencing an exciting growth phase, this expanding legal team is looking to appoint an additional Real Estate Solicitor to deal with a full and varied caseload of commercial and residential conveyancing matters. This is an exciting role for a motivated Real Estate Solicitor to undertake a diverse caseload of real estate matters including property development, leases, residential and commercial conveyancing along with other property matters. In addition to handling your own caseload of commercial and residential property matters you will be assisting other members of the legal department on other property related queries.



KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Working closely with the head of the team, you will be dealing with a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters and gained relevant experience within a firm renowned for their property offerings. Applications are also welcomed from individuals who have gained relevant experience within an in-house environment. The firm are keen to hear from Newly Qualified Commercial and Residential Property Solicitors or individuals with proven technical expertise in covering the broad remit of property.
