The construction company is seeking a highly organised and efficient administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled smoothly and efficiently.
Your new role
Manage and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents.Assist in the preparation of project documentation and contracts.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.Support the finance department with invoicing and budget tracking.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.A high school diploma or equivalent, additional qualifications will be a plus.
