What's involved?

• As a Temporary Head Chef for our client you will be expected to manage the kitchen assistants and run the operations whilst cooking residents a creative, delicious meal.

You will need:

• An Enhanced DBS certificate that has been issued within the last 3 years
• Up-to-date Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Up to date Food Allergen Certificate
• IDDSI training

• Modified diets are required so knowledge and experience preparing these is required
