- Manage and control staff levels, working closely with your Manager to meet budgetary requirements.
- Recruit, manage, train, motivate, and appraise staff, fostering a fantastic working environment.
- Communicate effectively at all levels and think on your feet to solve problems efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with all company and client policies, including health and safety, hygiene, COSHH, and other relevant regulations.
Ideal Candidate:

- Proven success in food catering services within Education, B&I, or Hotels sectors.
