Salary from £34,000 up to £36,000 and additional benefits below.
Assistant Reservations Manager
Mission: This role is essential in maximizing room revenue, ensuring smooth departmental operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Revenue & Sales: Maximize room sales and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while adhering to revenue strategies.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Reservations & Groups team, ensuring productivity and performance.
Operational Excellence: Oversee booking accuracy, implement quality standards, and drive process improvements.
Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service, handle guest requests, and drive repeat business.
We seek:
Opera knowledge
1/2 year in experience in similar position
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Good organizational and administration skills
