Procurement Administrator - Swansea - Temporary

Your new company
Your new company is a well-established and rapidly growing organisation based in the heart of Swansea. My client is seeking a strong administrator to join their team on a long-term temporary basis starting in the new year.

Your new role
Your new role is a busy role as a Procurement Administrator. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Inputting data onto the organisation's financial system and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Answering phone calls
  • Booking accommodation
  • Ordering stationery
  • General office admin duties

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an individual who is proactive with good interpersonal skills. You will be a strong communicator, able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing. The successful candidate will be a strong administrator who is proficient with Microsoft Excel and ideally has experience of using an accounting system such as Sage. You will need to be highly organised with great time management skills.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive premium hourly rate between £15 - £16. The working hours for the role will be full-time, Monday to Friday and the assignment is envisaged to last up to 1 year. The organisation offers free on-site parking.
