Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a talented kitchen brigade to deliver outstanding dishes for high-profile events.
• Develop innovative, seasonal menus tailored to bespoke client requirements.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and service.
• Manage supplier relationships to source premium, sustainable ingredients.
• Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Work closely with event planners and clients to create unique and memorable dining experiences.
• Monitor budgets, food costs, and inventory to maximize profitability.
• Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen team to uphold excellence.
