Health and Social Care Paralegal

A top-tier firm in Guildford is looking for a Health & Social Care Paralegal.

You will be working with leading individuals and key lawyers on complex work on behalf of care homes, children's homes, nurseries, hospitals GP practices, and dental practices.

Your role will be a mixture of casework and assisting the team with its cases. This is not your average role. Expect lots of hands-on work and strong career progression opportunities.

As per of your quality caseload, you will handle and assist with:

- Aspects of regulation conducted by the CQC and Ofsted

- Inspection reports, judicial review, inquests and safeguarding

- Defending clients faced with civil or criminal action

Requirements:

- Proven expertise in health and social care matters, specifically with the CQC and/or Ofsted

- Good academics including a degree in law
