Job Description

Service Care Solutions is working with a growing local authority, based in Bristol, which needs a housing disrepair lawyer to join their team. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while providing top-tier legal services to clients based in Bristol.

The role can pay an hourly rate of £50-£55ph umbrella. This position is a three-month rolling contract and the hourly rate will be based on experience and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Housing Disrepair Lawyer role:

Provide expert legal advice on housing disrepair matters to local authority clients.
Manage a caseload of disrepair claims, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings as necessary.About You:

Qualified solicitor with proven experience in housing disrepair law.
Strong understanding of housing law and its application within the local authority sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
