Private Client lawyer 2 years’ PQE WILTSHIRE

Wiltshire-based law firm is seeking to recruit a Private Client lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE covering a broad range of work. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role as either a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience of managing their own caseload and running their own files and meetings. You will also either have the STEP Diploma qualification or be prepared to work towards acquiring STEP accreditation. Specific responsibilities of the role will include: • Will drafting and succession planning • Acting in the administration of complex and simple estates, including dealing with intestacies with missing beneficiaries and estates with overseas assets • Assisting in the creation, administration and winding up of discretionary trusts • Creation and administration of Lasting Powers of Attorney • Advising on Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications and applications to remove trustees.
