Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Urgently Needed in Gosport Secondary School- Permenant Opportunity!
Location: Gosport, PO12
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent, Monday-Friday
Salary: £90-£100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
A Secondary School that U-Educate is working with is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students aged 11-16. This full-time role offers a temporary to permanent contract with the chance to make a positive impact on students’ academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with a range of abilities.
*
Assist with classroom management and create an inclusive learning environment.
*
Help prepare materials and monitor student progress.
*
Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Skills and Experience:
*
Experience supporting young people in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
*
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
*
Passion for helping students succeed and a commitment to their development.
*
Experience or willingness to work with students with SEN.
