Job Description
Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Associate, working for a client located in Stanley.
To provide lead generation and sales support, mapping out the market and building a pipeline of leads that meet the companies pre-defined 'Ideal customer profile'. Responsible for generating leads through research, utilising search engines, social media, and other traditional media. Qualifying your database of leads against specified business and financial criteria. Providing the first touch point for these leads through mail campaigns, phone calls and other communication methods.
Sales and Marketing Associate Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Research, track, maintain and update leads on CRM system
Qualify leads against outlined qualification criteria
Scheduling and distribution of marketing content online, to key leads and prospects
Assist with communication between smaller customer accounts and business stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of business services
Laisse with smaller customer accounts, to build a multi-layer relationship structure between the business and its customers
Conduct customer research on key leads
Find key decision makers and their contact information for qualified leads
Participate in the preparation of proposals
Provide accurate and timely information to management
Make first touch-point contact outreach via digital or phone to leads and prospects
Build a portfolio of leads and prospects and assist in business development activity
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
Employ analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and attend them to facilitate their success
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
Collaborate with Marketing Team to schedule online content on the company's website and social media accounts
Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Provide holiday cover within the department as required

Sales and Marketing Associate Applicants:
Required:
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Enthusiasm for research and developing a prospect through to conversion
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Interest in business and developing an understanding of good business practices
Proven experience in a lead generation/sales role, or
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
Desired:
Experience/knowledge of a CRM system
Knowledge of business and basic business financials
General knowledge of manufacturing or injection moulding
Degree in Business/Business-marketing or relevant field is a strong advantage
Have a good level of French speaking
