Credit Controller

Job Description
Our client specialise in supplying food, drink and catering supply products to customers in a variety of industries. They are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team liaising with both internal and external customers to resolve day to day queries, following company procedure to minimise bad debt.

Duties & responsibilities
* Monitor customer credit limits and spend and obtain credit reports when required
* Collect overdue debt and ensuring customer spend is within the credit limits
* Produce reports for overdue accounts to make collection calls, send letters and suspend deliveries.
* Follow company procedures for high-risk customers, change of ownership, closure of a business, Liquidation/ administration.
* Manage a portfolio of various accounts and liaising with both internal and external customers to resolve day to day queries.
Skills & Experience
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word
* Excellent communication skills
* Problem solving skills
* Confident and motivated
