Title: Senior Estimator
Location: Swindon
Salary: £70,000 to £85,000 + package
Sector: New Build, General Contracting, Commercial, Education
Start Date: ASAP
Senior Estimator - The Company:
Our client is a successful regional main contractor with an established reputation across the South of England. Typical projects are New Build between £3m and £30m in value across Commercial and Education sectors. The company is undoubtedly one of the best employers in the construction industry.
Senior Estimator - The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join the
Pre-construction team based from the office in Swindon. You will be responsible for hands on Estimating on a range of tenders across construction sectors. Depending on experience you may have the opportunity to mentor more junior Estimators,
Senior Estimator - The Person
* You will have solid Estimating experience with either a national or regional main contractor
* You will ideally have experince on commercial / education tenders
* Demonstrable experience of Estimating on new build projects as part of a pre-construction team in excess of £8m
* A good track record of winning tenders on projects with a good level of profitability.
* Commutable to the Swindon office
