We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Bar Manager to lead the team in what will be a newly designed hotel bar which will be the most exciting place to drink in Bath and beyond. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will have the opportunity to really make your mark in the local bar scene and will drive exceptional guest experiences with your team.

The Successful Bar Manager will have the following:
- Be a high end Bar Manager experience in a fast paced, city centre environment.
- Be a confident and natural people person who can lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer service
- Passion for great food, drinks and service.
- A background in (very) busy, fast moving, city centre independent bar is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of the local market and trends.
