Berkeley Scott has partnered with an award-winning group of Gastropubs to find a talented and passionate Sous Chef ready to take the next step in their culinary career. You'll be part of an exciting new project, working in a vibrant kitchen, crafting dishes with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients to a Rosette standard.

Your Role:

• Prepare fresh, high-quality dishes from scratch.
• Contribute to menu design with seasonal ingredients.
• Lead and mentor the kitchen team, fostering collaboration.
• Manage stock, orders, and ensure top hygiene standards.
• Maintain consistency and quality in every dish.
