Maintenance Supervisor
Mission: Following the instructions received from the manager, assign duties to the members of the team, supervising and coordinating completion safely, on time and with the quality and aesthetic standards defined in each case.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Identifies and proposes improvements to optimise efficiency in your work and in the work done by the team under your responsibility.
May detect and report to your manager investment needs related to the Risk Management.
Lead the performance of the specific duties assigned to your team.
Assign all corrective maintenance duties. Ensures that these duties are completed safely, on time and with the quality and aesthetic standards defined in each case.
Verify and analyse daily energy consumption readings assigned to the equipment. Ensure the readings are correct and manage any anomalies or deficiencies detected in the analysis.
Be knowledgeable of the economic goals of the hotel and your department, as well as their fulfilment.
Support the implementation of action plans that impact on the commitment and climate of the team.
Enhance the customer's experience and personalise their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Be knowledgeable of the methods, work procedures and risks inherent to your activity.
What we are looking for?
Technical training would be an advantage
Notions of refrigeration, plumbing and kitchen mechanics
Fluent in English and another language would be a plus
Leadership, personnel management and decision-making skills.
Teamwork and high degree of responsibility
Customer service oriented
Knowledge of safety regulations
The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
